Operating primarily in the Baltic and Black Seas, Hubble Trade serves industries including steel production, aluminum, timber, biomass, petroleum products, and vegetable oil, handling transportation volumes ranging from 3 to 50 thousand tons per year.

Challenge

Hubble Trade needed to ensure prompt and accurate processing of orders to align with company policies and client requests. The company aimed to automate the creation of orders, accurate commission calculation, invoice issuance, and payment receipt in various required currencies. What was done

In 2021, Hubble Trade decided to implement the 1C:Drive ERP solution to create a unified information space for all branches and employees, facilitating operational control over goods movement (purchase, sale, service, delivery, receipt, and expenditure of funds). The goal was to automate internal processes of order intake, warehouse control, sales, and production, providing users with simple and convenient tools for work.

Hubble Trade chose SapaSoft LLC for the development and implementation of the necessary functionality, based on strong industry recommendations.
